Club Registration Plates
The Club Permit Scheme enables the owner to have restricted use of an unregistered vehicle. It is available to Victorian residents who are financial members of hobby vehicle clubs authorised by VicRoads. It is available for all Classic and Historic vehicles over 25 years of age. The Club Permit Scheme however can be very restrictive, in that it only allows the owner to drive the vehicle to and from authorised Club meetings and events if they are financial members in control of that event, you or your club have been invited to that event or you have a Special Use Voucher - this can be issued through the Club.
