Ford Capri Perana (BG232)
Peter is a Classic Car broker in South Africa and has sourced a number of Ford Fairmont GT351's (Australian Falcon GT) and Chevrolet SS (Holden Monaro GTS) for buyers from Australia in recent times. The reason for selling the Capri Perana is that the car was obtained for an Australian but his budget eventually went towards a Ford Granada Coupe Perana. The car, BG232 (BG uder-seat, BG under-bonnet and FoMoCo under-bonnet tags are all present and correct) has had two owners from new, covered some 129,000 kilometres, and is unrestored.

Fitted with stainless-steel exhaust throughout and new Yokohama rubberware - also just had new starter motor fitted. The carpeting shows some wear-n-tear, and the front seat cushions have some torn panels and has a few coachwork paint blemishes. The car has an asking price of AU$50,000. This figure includes some TLC work to the paintwork (for stone-chips) the engine bay (paint blistering) and a few other minor fixes for which an allowance of AU$3000 has been made. Alternatively Peter will consider "as-is" offers. The car has the original Basil Green Motors sticker on the rear-window and also the original BG Steering-wheel.
