1972 Capri Perana
Only 500 of these cars were built in South Africa by Perana Cars of Basil Green fame - sanctioned by FORD of SA and sold as new cars off FORD showroom floors.
Without writing volumes, these performance Capri's were based on the XL trim version, transplanted with a crate BOSS 302 with performance cams, pistons, headers and huge Holley and a Cobra Toploader box with 9" LSD handling the black stripes.
This particular car is definitely the real McCoy - all the tags and other BG identifiers are there per original and she has been beautifully restored.
What makes her even more special is that she is the only PERANA to be signed by Basil himself during the making of a BBC motoring programme about Perana's during 2009.

1993 Capri Convertible
Info: 1993 Capri Convertible in great condition with a near new condition soft top. Steering rack has torn itself from the firewall causing fairly major damage. Parts car or possible repair.
The car has been in regular use since we bought it in 2002 and has been well maintained and cared for, always garaged and kept clean.
- The soft top roof was replaced four years ago and is in top condition.
- All the electrics ( mirrors windows, headlights, central locking, immobiliser etc) are operational.
- Upholstery is in very good condition, black with coloured dot pattern.
- Body in excellent condition, small scratch on left rear wing. Aqua green colour.
Approx 190,000km. Full service history including replacement of CV joints, central locking etc. Four good tyres. Rego till May 2010.
